We categorize our finishes based on the Class (how much stone is visible) and the Level (how much the floor shines).
The Premium Mirror Finish
Style: High-Gloss / Full Aggregate Exposure
Description: This is our most prestigious finish. We perform a deep grind to reveal the large decorative stones (Full Aggregate) within your slab, followed by a high-grit polishing process.
Best For: Luxury residential interiors, high-end commercial showrooms, and modern office lobbies.
Key Benefit: Maximum light reflectivity and a "terrazzo-like" sophisticated appearance.
The Contemporary Industrial Look
Style: Medium-Gloss / Salt & Pepper Exposure
Description: A light-to-medium grind that reveals the fine sands and small stones (Salt & Pepper). It offers a beautiful, consistent texture that hides minor imperfections in the slab.

The Minimalist Natural Finish

What Else You Need to Know (Technical Details)
While the photos show the final look, the "invisible" steps are what make a Boreal floor last a lifetime:
Densification: During every project, we apply a chemical liquid hardener (densifier). This penetrates the concrete to increase its density and hardness, making it resistant to impact and dust.
Stain Protection: We finish every polished floor with a professional-grade "guard" or sealer. This creates a breathable barrier against oil, water, and common spills.
Slab Condition: Please note that the final look depends on the quality of your existing concrete. If your floor has cracks or deep stains, our Restoration & Repair service (where we patch and stabilize the concrete) is required before the polishing process begins to ensure a seamless result.
